Hi! It’s Debbie from CraftyPerson. My team and I held a stamping technique mini retreat last month, from 10-3 on a Saturday, in downtown Portland. As you can see by our header photo, fun was had by all. Seeing the boys have a blast (and eating a lot of red licorice) is what it’s all about for me. People learning, creating, and having fun together!

At the event we completed a technique booklet and four matching cards based on our Technique Collections tutorials in addition to 5 more projects.

Here are some of the projects we completed:

One of the techniques we shared was Dazzling Diamond Dust. That night I had glitter in my hair, on my clothes, in my teeth, and on our ink pads. I don’t mind sparkling, but having glitter on my ink pads is another story.

I used this tip Amy shared to clean the ink pads. For me, I just kept sparkling and I hope you do too.
