Besides the beach and bunco parties, there is NO set agenda for the weekend except project and stamping tip demonstrations after each meal followed by giveaways! The purpose of this retreat is to relax, learn, take home some great projects, and have fun. The food is fantastic, the beach setting serene, and the focused time away, invaluable! Just imagine waking up in the morning to pancakes and lattes, taking a walk on the beach, writing in your holiday planner next to the fireplace, and sipping tea while learning and crafting projects with your friends.
We’ve designed our retreats so you can pick and choose how many projects and what types of projects you make. No rushing to complete a bunch of projects that will sit on a shelf. It could not be more flexible. We only have 25 seats, so social share this page with your friends and register early.
There are 4 options for registering:
- Hold My Spot with a Down Payment – Pay $59 now to hold your spot. When full payment is made, your room will be assigned.
- Secure My Room with Full Payment – Pay in full $269 so you can pick and choose your room and roommate(s).
- I Want it All – Bonus of $299 is available for the first 15 registrations. It includes $40 value to shop in the MarketPlace for the price of $30 – a $10 savings. Also includes 10 extra drawing tickets for the giveaways.
- Saturday Only – For those who want only a day away, we have a special deal of $75. Join us between 9am-6pm for inspiration and creativity. Since your time is so limited this package includes 6 projects, a planner, a special drawing where everyone wins, $20 value to shop in the MarketPlace and lunch.

Your registration fees are NOT REFUNDABLE. They are put to good use by reserving your hotel accommodations and purchasing all the supplies for the event. If you decide you are not able to make it at a later day, you are able to transfer your registration to someone else or have the projects mailed to you. If you put a down payment you can choose a Stampin’ Up! shopping spree in exchange.[/su_expand]

Each room has a double bed and a bunk bed with a private bathroom. Each room will have at least two guests, so grab a friend to join you. When you refer a friend you get extra drawing tickets. If a single room is keeping you from attending the retreat, please contact me. We may open the event up to outside guests after the rooms have been filled. [/su_expand]

Pretty much everything is included in the retreat price; lodging, food, 15 projects, and giveaways. You will have an opportunity to purchase more projects at our MarketPlace, but it’s not a requirement. I would recommend bringing your stamping tool kit of your favorite adhesive(s), some stamping blocks, and scissors.[/su_expand]

We have two single rooms, which requires a $75 single room supplement.

There are several demonstrators/designers involved with making this retreat fabulous. If you were referred by someone, we want to make sure you are sitting at the same table. I also have a contest going for who brings the most guests. The prize is an Advent Calendar. [/su_expand]
[su_expand link_style=”dashed”]What is the MarketPlace?
We know we all have specific holidays we enjoy and that some guests like to take their time and not be rushed. We’ve included easy-to-complete projects for someone who is new to stamping with instructions. We also have advanced stampers who can get through 20 projects in 4 hours. So we’ve created the MarketPlace where selected designers will offer projects that are more advanced ranging from cards to Advent Calendars. The prices and themes will vary from Halloween to Christmas and the cost will be between .50 cents to $45.
MarketPlace projects are not included in the retreat price unless you purchase the Bonus Special. Guests will purchase punch cards valued at $10 increments that they can use to purchase their choice of projects, offering variety and allowing our guests to have the projects they want.
As we get closer to the holidays, we will be previewing all the projects by email so you can reserve projects you want. The last thing we want is to run out of a must-have project to make for your niece. Spend as little or as much as you want to get the projects that will mean something to you, your family, and your friends. I know one guests plans to complete all her holiday projects in one weekend. What a fantastic idea, projects made from the heart with time to spare. What could be better than that?[/su_expand]

There will be over 30 drawings. When guests arrive they will be given tickets which can be added to their choice of drawing. That way if you prefer wood stamps, you won’t win clear-mount stamps. The products will be new, retired, and gently-used but highly sought after. [/su_expand]
[su_expand link_style=”dashed”]What if I have a food allergy?
The resort’s food service staff receives great reviews from guest groups, especially for its homemade breads and other baked goods. Special assistance is available for individuals with specific dietary needs, including diabetics and vegetarians. There is no refrigeration in the building we are in but you are welcome to bring food to your room. Please let me know in the notes section when you register if you have specific dietary needs.[/su_expand]

Please don’t bring pets, fireworks, firearms, gasoline, flammables, power tools, and personal sports equipment. No ocean swimming or wading due to undertows. Smoking is permitted in outside designated smoking areas only due to Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act. [/su_expand]
[su_expand link_style=”dashed”]I have a mobility challenge, can I still attend?
Yes, you can. You can participate in as much or as little as you would like, there are no requirements. The retreat building is on one level and there is one handicapped room. Meals are served in another building and will require walking about the length of a block. If needed, we can always bring the meal back to you. We are happy to accommodate you as it’s very important to us your weekend is enjoyable. [/su_expand]

No, you are welcome to participate in as little or as much as you want. The stamping area is open 24/7 for your enjoyment. You can stay up as late as you want and start as early as you would like. The presentations will be in the stamping area right after meals, however you don’t have to attend them.[/su_expand]

Friday dinner is a buffet from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Breakfasts are served between 7:30am to 9:00am. Lunch is served at noon. There is no meal service any other time. Coffee, tea, water and an assortment of beverages will be available in the stamping area during the day. The cafe for espressos and lattes is open in the morning (additional fees). [/su_expand]
