This page has the basic resources and training you’ll need to get started using your newsletters.
Your first steps are to use the videos and downloadable step-by-step instructions below to complete the following:
- Update the first 5 items on the PROFILE page and email us so we can complete your custom profile.
If you are feeling techy and want to save time by completing the PROFILE page yourself, you can do that. Please email us when you are done, and we will review it and make suggestions if needed.
- Check your Profile customization by running a Profile Review on the NEWSLETTER page.
- Create your first newsletter and send it!

On the first of each month you’ll receive an email from us that will include the dates and details for each newsletter for the month.
Schedules can vary slightly based on promotion or new catalog dates. This schedule shows our general publication plan and which newsletters are available to each membership.
