Tip of the Month
Photos add an extra zing of interest and appeal to your marketing. They help your reader identify with the possibilities that are available to them through you. Class in a Flash provides you with step-by-step pictures in the customer instruction document but also individual pictures so you can effortlessly communicate to your customers with confidence and ease. Not only do we provide professional looking photos but we also include the Stampin' Up!® copyright notices for you.
You can use the pictures found in each and every Class in the Flash as a marketing tool whether or not you have a class scheduled. How cool is that?
What you CAN do with Class in a Flash Pictures:
- Send pictures to your customers for inspiration via email or through a newsletter
- Print out the Marketing Flyer with picture and add it to a 3-ring binder to highlight workshops you offer. Present this binder at your next workshop!
- Upload pictures to your Stampin' Up! demonstrator website Gallery. See my sample
- Load pictures to your blog for inspiration. How about creating a project of the month article? Find out how to add pictures to a blog.
- Develop the pictures to have available in your purse as a mini-portfolio of the types of classes you present.
- Post the Marketing Flyer or project photo in your craft area in your home or on a display board when holding workshops and classes so that your customers can see the great variety of things you can teach them to do. This is great for encouraging bookings and increasing class/club registrations.
- Print out and give to your customers at workshops
- Copy and redistribute in documents prepared for your customers.
- Produce your own creations based on the project and freely share your pictures with your team, and other demonstrators. Credit is always appreciated but is not required - Project CASED from Class in a Flash. For more information and a free trial visit www.classinaflash.com.
What you CANNOT do with Class in a Flash Pictures:
- You may not claim work as your own (i.e. created by XXXX). Although you can distribute the pictures freely to your customers you cannot directly take credit for the project design work.
- You may not submit any of the pictures provided by Class in a Flash to be used for publication to any public groups (Yahoo, Google, etc)

- You may not submit any of the pictures provided by Class in a Flash to be used for publication to public or membership websites (Splitcoast, SUDSOL, eBay).
- Please do not distribute to your downline, sideline, upline or team website.

How to Access the Pictures from the Newsletter:
The pictures are on their own page. You will see a sidebar link that says 'Pictures Page (HTML)'. This picture download area is established in a "buffet" style for you to pick and choose what pictures you would like to use for your business. We offer over 20 pictures most months in two different sizes. You can download everything or only a few items. For your convenience we also offer a zipped file with all the pictures. Either way, you will be amazed at the pictures you will have to share with your customers throught the month.
Please remember to download the pictures and files to your computer for future reference.

Class in a Flash Membership is all about downloads. In every issue you'll get plenty to download, but not all computers or browsers react the same, so follow these instructions for best results:
Right click on the picture (Mac: Control click) and choose "Save Picture As" or a similar save option if your browser says something different. |
