ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The services that CraftyPerson Production, Inc. provides or makes available to you via the SUN membership is subject to the following Terms of Use ("TOU"). CraftyPerson Production, Inc. reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Services will begin the following month of joining the membership. During your membership period, CraftyPerson Production, Inc. provides you with access to a variety of newsletters as resources for your use but CraftyPerson Production, Inc. is not obligated to verify you actually use the services. E-mail notices will be sent but it is the members responsibility to utilize the features before their expiration date. The Services, including any updates, enhancements, and/or new features, are subject to the TOU which you agree to comply with in your access and use of the Service.
Specific personalization that is requested for a e-newsletter is copied and pasted from your e-mail request into the newsletters within 2 business days of receiving it. It is not reviewed for spelling or grammar issues. CraftyPerson Production, Inc. is not under obligation to correct these issues once submitted. Although the 2 business day turnaround is often achieved and out goal, it is not guaranteed as there may be extenuating circumstances.
PERSONAL USE LIMITATION
The services are provided solely for your business use and not the use of any other demonstrator. Ask about the referral program!
You may use the SUN Newsletters for direct emails to your customers only. Please do not post the entire newsletter in whole on a public space such as a forum, internet or blog. By limiting who receives the newsletters information you will entice more subscribers and I'll be able to continue to provide the membership. However, you can add graphics and newsletter article to your blog in sections.
PRIVACY AND PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Don't worry - CraftyPerson Production, Inc. hates spam as much as you do ... CraftyPerson Production, Inc. will not share your info with any 3rd parties and would never consider using the names of your customers for anything more than the service that is provided. All data is located on a secure database under lock and key similar to any other 3rd party mailing vendor. As a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, a business owner as well as being a customer, CraftyPerson Production, Inc. knows the value of privacy and ethics. When you decide to leave the SUN services, all contact information will be provided back to you and then destroyed.
NOTICE SPECIFIC TO E-MAIL DELIVERY SYSTEM
Any newsletters or features will be made available via direct e-mails to the e-mail account on file. CraftyPerson Production, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy of the delivery of the e-mails. ("SUN") service is the copyrighted work of CraftyPerson Production, Inc..
CANCELLATION POLICY
You will be billed monthly for services for the following month on the date you first subscribed to the service (Pay January for February service). You will continue to receive services until you have cancelled the membership by either contacting CraftyPerson Production, Inc. or canceling your PayPal transaction. You must cancel before your billing cycle. A cancellation notice will be sent to you to confirm. We do not offer full or partial refunds for late cancellations or non-use of the membership services. Once you have cancelled you will continue to have access to membership privileges through the date you are paid.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
As a condition of your use of the Services, you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices. You may not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair CraftyPerson Production, Inc. product or reputation. You agree that all members are permission-based and not received from a paid distribution list.
USE OF SERVICES
CraftyPerson Production, Inc. has no obligation to monitor your newsletters. However, CraftyPerson Production, Inc. reserves the right to request that you add our email address to your distribution list to review the content and timeliness of materials posted. CraftyPerson Production, Inc. reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
